Wine Process: Grapes picked early in harvest,  pre-fermentation cold maceration without the use of oak barrels. 

Aroma: Plum and cherry with hints of coffee

Taste: Immediate flavor of deep dark grapes with a pleasant developing flavor and aroma of vanilla and coffee.

Serving Temperature: 65F

Serve With: Meat sauces, roasted meats, aged cheeses
